    Problems often encountered:

• Does your door make noise when it opens and closes? The springs, the rollers, the hinges The door crashes at opening and closing.and the guide rails can scratch and make noise. This is specific to normal use and does not necessarily indicate a problem. Before you call a professional service technician, use a lubricant spray (especially recommended for garage doors). If after noise the noise persists, call a specialist garage operator for intervention.
